The Payment Card Industry Council has mandated that all merchants must maintain compliance with the PCI DSS. At BankFIRST, we understand the risks and financial costs that a compromise can pose to your business. In support of this important mandate, we are requiring all merchants to validate their PCI DSS compliance status with us.

We have simplified the process, however, making it as convenient as possible for you, and you may access our PCI Compliance Management Program using the link below:

PCI Compliance Questionnaire

Log in using the information from your monthly merchant services statement:
User ID: your Merchant Number
Password: your business telephone number – all 10 numbers should be entered.

For example, if your phone number is 999-555-5555, your password would be 9995555555. You will be prompted to change this initial password after logging in for the first time.
